I'm not really sure it's as simple as say a MK2, with the arch being the way it is with the squared off vertical strip (does that make sense?).... You might be best finding THE best person you can and if that means travelling, then so be it. Somone like Greg Howell or Steve Denton.

Unless of course you're just talking taking a few mm off?

Sorry I can't suggest anyone locally who I'd trust.

leave it as it is.im running 19" and on stock suspension and ive already done the fender mod and im still rubbing over bumps.ive just noticed that my front wheels are flush with my wing,so i think my only 2 options are cnc machine the back of the wheels or roll the front wings

If anyone can do it, then Steve can - he's a legend.  He might be on the Edition 30 forum as that is based in Northampton.

The arches are factory rolled, surely the arches need pulled?

This might help, but not NW based: http://www.archenemy.co.uk/index.htm

Yeah VW have been rolling arches for a while, they could be tighter against the body work, but I'd imagine they need pulled slightly to give extra clearance.
