Title: Is there a guide on retro fitting a front armrest MK V GTI?

As above, Is there a guide on how to retrofit a front armrest into a MKV golf gti. Also after the sliding cup holder cover too.

Don't buy the bits individually, get the retrofit kit off of ebay and get the sliding drinks holder from TPS, thats what I did. Take's a good few hours to get the kit installed as well.
