Title: Service Indicator 4K miles to Service me now over night

As the topic says, my service Indicator 4K miles to Service me now pretty much over night. Is this likely to have been triggered by something, the cold weather, a fault code maybe?

Servicing depends on how the car has been driven. Lots of little journies and it'll need servicing sooner than expected.
