9:00pm ITV4 Freddie Mercury: Magic Remixed.

It might have been broadcast on telly before, I don't know, but he was one of the greats and I shed tears when he passed on. With Queen he was the one who set alight the audience of the original Band Aid concert at Wembley. He always sung all heart and soul and people loved him regardless of his sexuality.

It doesn't matter that Queen's music is from another era, it stands the test of time.

Even if I find I've already seen this prog before I'll watch it again and I know I'll still enjoy it.

It was an interesting prog but most of it, apart from all the gay prancing around, of which there was lots, had been seen in other tribute progs.

Thankyou, Freddie, for not ramming gay rights etc down our throats while you were alive! It was all about your music.

Always good to see film of his performances though  :notworthy:

My fav band of all time. Was lucky enough to see Queen live 4 times and have sen the musical "we will rock you" twice.

Freddie was a genius, an utter genius.

Me and my mates had a Freddie tribute night in Vegas a couple of years back with 12 of us sporting authentic Freddie tosh's, White vests and scandalous stone wash denim. The yanks didn't know what to make of it! Brilliant. I'll try and find a group photo out....
