Title: Upgrading fog light bulbs
Post by: tonto83 on December 08, 2010, 06:38:10 pm
Well Lads

As the title states I'm looking at upgrading my fog bulbs, I've read that a very bight light will be useless in the fog as the light bounces back off the fog.  I've upgraded the dips to nightbreakers plus and also bought a set of philips blue vision for the side lights (they give off a white light, which I want, not blue despite the name), should have bought a set for the mains, but I'll see how I get on when my other bulbs arrive.  I don't think the stock fog bulbs are anything to write home about so I was looking at these two below.

Anybody have any experience with these or what would they recommend?

Cheers

Paul,

I have tired many bulbs in the past, all claim different things.
The manufacturer I rate are PIAA.

Check www.piaa.co.uk

Hope you find he link useful.

I can vouch for PIAA, they are expensive but the quality and light output just doesn't compare to the cheaper bulbs.

Let me know what you decide and how you get on  :happy2:
