Title: sky helpline number any ideas ?

ok its driving me mad , i want to add a channel and have tried doing so via "my sky" but buy adding a £1 item my bill goes up to £59 from £37 < figure that out ? so im after a number to get to them direct .

i bet you need a "package" to get that £1 channel
