Title: REVO Stage 4 BETA Testing
Post by: KRL on December 17, 2010, 04:29:18 pm
Shamelessly lifted from another forum  :ashamed:

This vehicle is essentially a Stage3 car with a built engine and valve train using the ATP 3071r external gate kit.

Nice figures, although starting the run at 2500 rpm possibly points to a big lag issue in low rpm?

Interesting to follow this one

Er am I being stupid?

I thought S3's were 4WD?

Is it a 2WD S3 modded by Revo or whoever?

Bloody good figures but I think the 4WD would have to be re connected. :signLOL:

S3's are 4WD however you can remove a fuse (33 iirc) to disable the Haldex so then it becomes 2WD :happy2:

Wouldn't advise it with those figures though :driver:

You learn something every day.

Do all S3 owners do this so they can out drag ED30 owners? :signLOL:

This S3 belongs to Adrian (imported REVO in Romania). It has ATP GT3071r kit and now made it as  a track car, with KW Clubsport, backseats removed, Recaro carbon front seats and many more  :driver:

.
Much more suited to a track car imo.
