Good heads-up  :drinking:

I'm in the recording studio tonight so will miss it - Does anyone know if it's repeated or is it later only on iPlayer?

I'm pretty sure it'll be on iplayer as of tomorrow. Seems like there hasn't been a new topgear for ages! Also interesting to see what will happen with new stig!

I'm looking forwards to this (if he is in it) as Clarkson's new DVD with "Sacked Stig" is quite amusing.

It's not what happens i just found it highly amusing ( to the point i spat my drink out ) when the Stig first came on and he was introduced as "Sacked Stig". Every time he said it after that it just tickled me

I'm easily amused :signLOL:

I'm working on an album with the working title of "Sultan's Delight" which is Middle Eastern but also am currently co-producing two other albums.

My MySpace page hasn't been updated for over a year but check out "ESON - Medley of album tracks" on http://www.myspace.com/redrobinmusic

MySpace have currently fecked up my page layout!  :fighting: but the music player is still visible.

I play flutes and co-produce, sound engineer and songwrite.  :happy2:

Out of the 3 it would have to be the 458 for me! In pearl White to be precise!

I actually enjoyed it. It's been a while. Maybe because it's not been on air for a while. Or maybe because I've grown bored of the repeats on Dave.

Love the SLS.

I would also have to go for the 458, absolutely stunning, and driving around new york it simply sounded EPIC!!!

The 458 looks incredible - and sounds even better!!!

Lived in NY for 4 years - and they definitely glammed up the street race and made it look harder than it is but was still
good watch and just in time with this crappy weather we've been having!!

Nice motors, shame the programme was so poor. The christmas present bit was both tedious and embarrassingly fake in equal measures.

Agreed about the present bit but I thought the rest of it was fantastic.

Ferrari for me, that Merc is so ugly, but cant help love the noise it and any other AMG Merc makes!

The shooting bit with "Stuart Little" turning him around to SHOOT HIM IN THE BACK was really funny!
Its a bit too rehearsed now really, would be good to make it more off the cuff with an idea in mind instead of so heavily scripted

Heads-up for Top Gear tonight, Boxing Day @ usual 8pm BBC2 - Middle East trip in Iraq! Highly dodgy area to be a travelling Brit I would have thought!

The America one last week with the Merc, Porsche, Ferrari was brilliant.

My thoughts exactly, just read in the tv listings they're starting out in the mountains of South-eastern Turkey, which is risky enough given the situation with the Kurdish area, but having to go through Iraq is just asking for trouble! They must have had good security escorts that's for sure!

The BBC has access to the best fixers across the world. My Wife's job is to arrange the safe passage of journalists and reporters for the BBC's flagship current affairs programme, plus their new investigations unit, which breaks story's through channels such as Panorama etc. It's certainly dangerous, and the risk assessment for Topgear would have been murderous, but really, how often to you hear of journalists coming to harm?

Wasn't amazing as a TG challenge. As a trip abroad, it was definitely amazing. Better than some of the other specials IMO.

No they started out in Kurdish northern Iraq but close to a town known for trouble. It was quite good but nothing from them not seen before and I switched over to a Bruce Willis movie before the end.
