Hi All, im Jay, put down a deposit on a ed 30 today  after looking for the best part of 6 months for the right one, for the right price ive finally found one, should be getting it next week :jumpmove: I've gone for an 08 plate, Toronto Red, 3 door. Have a Renaultsport clio 182 at the moment so hopefully it will be as much fun as that :happy2:

Good choice, welcome! :driver:

Hi there Jay,
Good choice of car and welcome to the site.
Are you keeping the car standard or are you planning modification ???
-
Welcome u wont be disapointed with the ed will give u alot of fun! :driver:
-
You will love it,had my 08 ED 30 a week now & love it.
-
Welcome Jay :happy2:
The 182 is a cracking car (I'm an ex RS Clio owner too) but you'll adore the Ed30 in different ways, I'm sure.
Birmingham City fan I see? There's not many of us football fans on here
I look forward to pictures of it ASAP!
-
welcome :happy2:
-
Cheers all :happy2: Plan is to keep it standard, at first (well until I sell the 182) then most likely make it sit a little lower, add a nice exhaust needs to match the Yozzasport ive got on mine now :notworthy: then maybe some power gains.
Sure am Pete, are you Rushden..? I didnt want to get rid of the 182, as an ex owner im sure you are with me when I say its hard to match the fun factor of them and the go kart handling :driver: but im sure the Ed 30 will be just as good.
Will post pics as soon as I get the car and give it a good wash

:notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: Great lad for the recognition. Am indeed :happy2:
It certainly is. I just went heavily off mine when the gaskets started going one after another, but for fun, yeah, it's hard to match  The rattles + creeks on mine eventually got to me unfortunately.
I think you'll find the Ed30 is just as good in many ways, better in some too. What's the spec of your Mk5 off hand?
BTW, there's plenty of TBE options that will match the performance gains + noise of your Yozza zorst' :happy2:
-
Welcome, love my Edition 30
