for the reletively low price, they perform admirably.

Im on my 2nd set, and will be keeping with them.

Much better then, dunlops, Conti's and bridgestones ive had on the 3 different mk5 Gti's ive had.

Ps3's give also good reputation, but are alot more expensive, but have a slightly harder compound and last longer depending on what type of driver/urban or motorway user.

£88 a corner +vat for the vred's at camskill.co.uk, last time i ordered some.

I hear that Conti Sport 3's are very very good at the moment and won EVO front wheel drive tyre test.

Usually good enough for me.

Vred's all the way for me, but they seem to be going up in price as they get more popular

PS3.  The tyre with the least compromises I've found so far.

A couple of questions for the guys running the Vredestein's.
It looks like quite an agressive tread pattern, so what's tyre noise like? and how many miles are you getting out of them?

I'm running Hankook V12 Evo on the front of mine, for the money very happy with their performance. They are wearing well, offer good grip in wet & dry and on the right road I don't hang about.
I got them for £95 fitted.

£100 fitted for Vredestein is a very good price.

The most quietest tyre ive ever tested. The Asym pattern has alot to do with it.

I roughly get about 10-12k out of the front tyres, which isnt bad considering i do alot of town commutes and 300 bhp to handle.  :happy2:
