ordered some sportlines from awesome however my wife bought me some for christmas my sportlines havent been dispatced yet by awesome they cant order them until the 5th do you think they will refund me?

By law you'd be eligible for a refund anyway, should they deliver them to you, and you no longer want them.

Did you really think that they would just say; "tough luck, you ordered them, you'll have to pay for them"?
