Title: HI - A very happy new owner

Hello all,

I previously had a 1.4 MK4 golf for 4 and a half years until this new years eve when I picked up my silver MK5 GTI with Monza 18's  - I love it!

Driven Type R's , Focus ST, Clio 182 and new Focus RS500  and i'd pick the golf every time :)

Will do, i'll get some pics up once Ive had a chance to wash it!  The drive from Glasgow to Aberdeen has made it look awfully sad and not keen on washing it in below zero temps at night haha.

haha im afraid so!

Got it from a dealer in Lenzie.  If your in that area, watch out for a blue MK4 1.4  they gave me a very good price for a car that needed a new exhaust straight through form front to back, new back wiper motor, new passenger side mirror, had an issue with cylinder 1 and a roof that leaked water through the interior light above the drivers sun visor, ha!  Oh and a boot solenoid that never worked.  I was time to get rid!
