Just had my GTI remapped at Turner Race Developments  :happy2: i love it! Goes so much better! Going for a milteck in a couple of weeks as well  :driver:

seems the maps they use are either Viezu or bluefin.  which one did you get tara?

Yeah they have done a few supercharged mk5 R32's! They had one in there when i was there today! They always do all the work on any of my cars. Ive got the Viezu remapp. Impressed with how well it goes now.

I just changed from the 17inch monzas to 18inch ones...

I then wouldn't worry.But as a recent thread about declaring modifications as been posted.

I personally would declare your remap, but the wheels, I doubt your insurance company would be interested, unless you

stated you had 17's installed when you purchased. :stupid:

Tell your insurer about your change of wheels, Tara! Steve is wrong on this occasion about them not being fussed. They will most probably not charge you any more but it should be listed on the documentation.

Even my aftermarket SatNav is declared and therefore would be replaced like-for-like.

My car is 'registered' for all its wheel variations at no extra costs.

^^ Unless Tara stated she had 17 inch wheels when she brought the car 2nd hand, then of course, mentioning now on a public forum, it's yes best now that she tells them. Agree'd.

If on the other hand nowt was said, then it's very difficult to proof who and when these alloys could possibly of been changed. :smiley:

I didnt tell them it had 17's on it in the first place so my insurance wouldnt know if it had 18s or 17s on when i brought it...  :happy2:

I ordered a different air filter when i was there, should be on in the next few days  :smiley:
