so mfd2 is not touch screen? and does not do DVD playback?

Also can the RNS510 play films from the hard drive or SD card?

pretty sure it wil only play dvds.... well mine does :happy2:

No playback from SD or HD on the RNS510

The MFD2 is very different to the MFD3 (RNS510), it's like comparing a mk4 golf with a mk5. If you search on google images for MFD2 and RNS510 you will see the difference. The graphics on the MFD2 look a lot more basic. If you are trying to spot the difference just by images (i.e. when looking on ebay or at cars on autotrader) then the MFD2 has lots of buttons at each side of the screen with just horizontal lines on them (in the same style as the original stock RCD300 radio) whereas the RNS510 has less buttons and they have writing on them (Radio, Media, Phone, etc).
