Afternoon all!!

Ok, so a quick bit about me, i'm Rob (as my username might possibly suggest!!) i'm 26 years old and work for an oil company in Lincolnshire, on their refinery as an Operator.  

I've been lurking on the forum for a while now, reading and researching etc but i've waited until now to start posting as I wanted to be able to post some pictures of my car but as the weather has been decidedly poor, It's not been until this weekend really that i've been able to give it a reasonable clean and take some pictures.

So the car, its a totally standard '57 plate midline ed30 (barring a set of OSRAM nightbreaker headlight bulbs) which has just done over 37k.  Unfortunately it didnt have many options specified when new but as i've come from a DC5 Honda Integra Type R and an S14a Nissan 200SX before that, to have the simple things like a trip computer and auto wipers etc are big novelty's  :smiley:

My plans are to get it remapped, miltek TBE, R32 brakes (front and rear) eibach springs and roll bars, EVOMS intake and maybe an upgraded intercooler at some point too.  A nice healthy and reliable 300-320bhp  would be just right but it will take me a while to complete all these mods so the more then capable standard car will do me just fine for the time being

welcome, sounds like a nice ED30 you have there.
Also great knowing where you want to take the car, as that is usually half the battle. lol

Sounds like a nice list of mods, I had no idea (and still don't really) on how I wanted my car.
Promise you though, once you have done the mods listed then you will find a hundred more to do.  Trust me, I never thought I would be putting recaro buckets in my GTI. :stupid: :stupid: :stupid:
