Eventually got my new R32 oem skirts fitted today...

Note also ed30 splitter with gloss black painted insert. :star:

Better pics to follow when the sun is out.....I will put an ad in the for sale section for the ABT skirts in case there is any interest out there.

Next up, rear valance and taking off the Milltek quads.

Nice.... those quad pipe would look a damn sight better if they didnt stick out about 6 inches!  :signLOL:

Lol, yeah I dont like the look at all....just too bling, bling.   :sick: Have considered getting the tips changed ala Red Robins, but its the four port outlet I don't actually like more than the shizzle.

Just so you all know...I didn't put them there and made my buying decision based on early knowledge of GTI .... and the fact that it has every possible extra known to man. (I love my toys)

I would only change one other thing...(and it is just not possible)....stick another 2 doors on.

The valance and zorst upgrade is quite an expensive one

ideally ed30 valance  = £230
paint = £100
new milly? = £500...even oem second hand £150...

not cheap, but then I could maybe recoup some dosh on the potential sale of the milly quad but it is a rather acquired taste....

"stealthwolf: Like the skirts. Have you thought about painting the middle bit gloss black?" lol I have taken THEM OFF and gone back to OEM!!... they now sit in my garden hut awaiting a good clean and prep for a sale pic when the light is better. They may look ok with the black inserts.
