So one of my xenons has gone purple and I've been told this means it's on its way out
(https://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi17.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fb55%2FCooper0707%2F4d7d6cb5.jpg&hash=9b25aed8eb03deb9a452c949c86a700a6aa60eff)
Anybody know the part number and price of a new xenon bulb from the dealers?
Thanks

They are about 100 quid from the dealers i think.... might be worth a look on ebay for a genuine osram xenon!
-
i got 2 osram 5000k bulbs for £99, give me a few mins mate and ill find the link
-
only place i can find them at the min is here http://www.hids4u.co.uk/osram-d2s-cool-blue-bulb.html?source=webgains&siteid=47683 but they`ve gone up a bit since i got mine last year..
1 other tip ill give you is dont buy cheap ebay d2s bulbs because i tried some and the light output was scattered every where but the road :happy2:

Whilst on the subject, anyone know what colour temperature the latest Audis use? They seem much bluer recently.

Euro car parts sell oem spec Xenon bulb (Phillips i think?) for £83 and they have 20% off if you enter JAN20 at checkout.
