Title: Vacumm tap, showing oil?

Ok, so i just fitted a Forge vacumm tap (the one on top of he engine) and there was oil inside. normal?  :confused:

Its normal to have some oil residue as the pipe that fits onto the inlet manifold where the tap is fitted is a breather that recircs wasted oil vapour from the engine.

hum, fair enough, but then surely thats a bad place to connect a DV solenoid and a boost gauge! its going to bet all bunged up and cause damage
