people who have purchased the seat inlays and foot rests..................what have you guys used for the backing colour?
thin plastic?
card < not good if it get wet?
painted something?
also, do you think I could get a nice carbon firbe effect?

^^^ its the `old carbon vinyl` stuck straight over my OE silver bits as the white worm started to get 1 of them :happy2:

Did you remove the metal strip to put it on, or just lay it over the old piece? mine has the whiteworm and really want to cover it.

Did you remove the metal strip to put it on, or just lay it over the old piece? mine has the whiteworm and really want to cover it.
I just laid it over the top then heated it up and pushed it into the groove with an old bank card and then trimmed it with a stanley knife
