Non resonated centre section was £89.50 (not inc VAT)
r32 style rear silencer £365.20 (not inc VAT)

http://www.millteksport.com/exhaust.products.cfm?variantid=159
^^ Thats all the different systems milltek offer so have a gander and find your nearest stockist.

Hope this helps.

Cost? - It was 2005 so I don't remember. Actually, I still wouldn't remember if it was earlier this year.

From Awesome and fitted by Ray West, Thruxton race circuit.

....I know Milltek very well (I was even speaking to them this morning) - They do NOT fit them at Milltek unless it's sorting out an aftersales issue. The factory premises and facilities need all their resources for product development and manufacture.

They have a dealership and fitting network throughout the world.

HTH :happy2:

didn't get a full system ( i want a different cel cat  or maybe de cat ) but the price for  R32 style backbox and centre pipe was less than £500 notes Shaun.

Its funny you guys say they dont fit but they fitted mine for me !

Awesome service i would not consider anyone else from now on, also there costs are amazing, much cheaper than higher priced, lesser qaulity systems !

Try Awesome or roadrunner in notts, think they give you a fitting allowance or something

Roadrunner want  £1014.00 inc vat. (not fitted), JBS want £1280.93 inc VAT fitted , thats £260+ to fit  :scared:

....Indeed it shouldn't, BUT, VAG cars are built as tight as a nun's nasty! We had to drill out some of the fixings and the job took several hours.

well, with people sourcing the actual exhaust for about £880 ,i would add a bit more as i want an ed30 one, and resonated , but i reckon about the 1k mark is about right  :happy2: , i say this as my old forum did a group buy where the miltek exhaust was provided and fitted for about that

I think that all Milltek systems are designed and produced to pass the MOT. Except of course the track cars such as VW Racing.

That's what I originally though but Ed @ APS took me out in his ED30 with the Non-Res today and it was way louder that I expected, at normal Mway speeds the drone would start to get to me (bearing in mind I spend at least 2.5 hours a day on the motorway during the week).

He even said himself if he had the choice again he would go for the res version for a daily driver road car.

^^^ Thats sounds like a good idea  :happy2: as compairing APS's ED30 with non-res to RedRobin's GTI with the Quad Non-Res, the one on APS was way louder (same driving style on the same bit of road today)

I know they are different cars (i.e. K03 GTI vs. K04 ED30) but I was really surprised by how much.

As I've said before with the loud pedal pressed mine has a great sound, but when not it sounds like the original (from memory) and I certainly don't find it boomy at motorway speeds, but you do a heck of a lot more miles than I do!  :happy2:

from what I understand, the rear exhaust mount just behind the engine, its like a twin pronged fork thing, can snap if the dogbone insert isn't added to stop a little engine movement, not the engine mounts
