Title: R32 mk5 rear pad carriers part number req

bought some rear r32 calipers of e-bay,rang the dealers this morning to purchase some but he couldn't find them :stupid: been told the numbers are

Andy I bought one of these to make a set up.

Are you planning on painting them as the same carrier is used on all sorts of A4's,VRS, TT, Passat, Seat Saloons, I shopped around and got the cheapest one which I think was from a TT - unpainted. Ive still got the box at home, I'll get you a part number.....

I was after those calipers myself on ebay simply to have the bracketry off them to speed up refurb turnaround as I have that stuff plated.

Didn't even notice what they went for last time I looked they were at 60 odd quid you can buy new ones for about 45 each from Brakes international, I was planning on bidding about 30 quid just for spares really.

Expect to pay about 80 quid per corner for the rear carriers - hope it doesnt prove to expensive for you all told

Cheers Dave got them for £82 incl p+p.Rang the dealers today and the carriers are £55 + vat each
