Title: Loch fad trip

Went fishing for four days. 6 of us went in total and prob the best trip i have ever had. A right good laugh and pi** taking out of each other. The loch is on a island called isle of bute. Only 30 mins on the ferry and we were there. Arrived on the friday morning and left on monday about 2:00. Cought this monster on sat about 6:15pm and is my best pike todate. The bait boat done it again 175 yards out on a drop off in 14ft of water :happy2: I am 6ft 5" and 16 stone so gives you a idea on the size of the pike :happy2:

that scenery is amazing!

does a fish that big come with its own soundtrack?

I have seen smaller pikeys stealing the cables off the railways.  :laugh:

What did it weigh, looks about 32pound It must have had teeth like my misses.  :scared:

I come a cross them sort of pike tc nicking the copper out of the sub stations and leaving the network with no earth :scared:

28lb 8oz my 35th 20lbder pike but me pb

I dont fish any more i stopped when i was 18 and discovered other things  :laugh:
I always loved Pike beautiful colours, only ever did course fishing, always fancied a bit of spinning for them bad boys though
I caught a 2 pounder once just fishing for roach off my rod tip got a bite felt a bit of a tug got the fish to the surface and sh1t myself. the greedy barsteward wasn't even hooked he was just holding onto the roach  :grin: even when going into the landing net he must have thought get Fooked this my dinner get your own.  :laugh:
