Title: Rolling Road Day at AMD Essex

I'm sorting out a Rolling Road Day at AMD Essex. Im wondering if anyone would be interested in attending? I'm waiting for AMD to get back to me with dates and a price! If anyone would be interested just add you name to the list and I'll keep you posted!

likely to tag onto another RR day (charlie doens't mind that) but if there's enough interest a Mk5 RR day could be arranged instead.

and it'll be a saturday. Normally £40. DD Rollers.

I've spoken to Ben at AMD. He has said that they can accomodate us, it will be a Sunday and, the price will be £35 for 2 runs. Normal runs are £70.50. If we have a minimum of 10 people they will provide tea, coffee and biscuits! if its 20 +they will put on a BBQ for us and, if the weather is rubbish they'll move the BBQ into the workshop!

As they compete in the BTCC I have to look at the dates and check when they'll be available so, I will check that and keep you all posted! And, it won't be until April onwards so, it gives us a lot of time to plan :happy2:

I go on Holiday on the 22nd so after all the bank holidays would be good for me, so early May :happy2: but you cant please everyone :signLOL: anyway keep us posted.. I dont mind contact them and getting a date if people want, but dont want to feel like im trying to take over :laugh:

Post by: mattchaps on June 09, 2011, 08:51:24 am: I wouldn't mind helping to set one up at AmD. I organised an R32OC RR day there a couple of years back and it was very successful, we had the BBQ but being in December is was ******* freezing! Becca-Ed30 will remember it well!

Anyhow, those that would seriously be interested in a RR day (on a sunday) please let me know and I'll speak to Ben again and try and get this one rolling!! :grin:
