Does anyone have a different number for these guys? I have tried calling every day, leaving messages regarding my order placed 6 weeks ago which just says 'pending'  :sad1:

Uh oh.......its starting all over again......

I think there have been a few issues with them not delivering lately and a few threads on it too. I'm not sure.but they may still be on holiday?

on the rocco forum customers still waiting since November, rocco forum has binned them given performance

Sad to hear this stuff as they're a lovely couple. Don't understand why they seem to be having so much difficulty.

Cant understand it either. Never had any problems. Bought a load of stuff at the end of last summer, and they were on the ball. Responded to emails within minutes, order arrived fine and fast.

Then i sent another email to them a few weeks back, and no response.

Their website says any orders placed whilst away will be dispatched the week of their return, LAST WEEK. Annoyingly I managed to speak to Jim last Monday and he said he'd call me back, should have just stayed on the line.

Not sending orders must pay well. Found their mobile numbers on their website. Roll on tomorrow morning.
