Title: Strange problem??

Came bk to the gti the other day after it had been parked up 4 just over a wk
& the 'hood open' warning light came on. Checked the bonnet made sure it was shut
but light stayed on & also washer jets don't work. Everything was workin fine wen I left it
so seems a bit strange!!? Any ideas b4 VW have my pants down  :wink:

Faulty bonnet catch sensor ?, it may need a new one, i guess the washers are not working as the car thinks the bonnet is up

They are a bit problematic apparently
