Title: Manual Edition 30 owners - anyone with Forge Quickshifter?

As above was thinking of getting the forge kit, but did not realise the ED30 already has an OEM shortshift from the S3. Has anyone fitted the Forge kit for a further improvement or would it be like changing like for like and not worth the dollar if you have an ED30 but only if you have a Gti/TDi?  ta, berg.

Rather than the Forge, have you looked at the Sigma 6 shifter?  I run one on the vRS and its fantastic.  Much shorter precise than the Forge or TTS/S3 shifter could ever be.
