Title: Back in VAG!
Post by: CocoPops on March 12, 2011, 07:58:05 pm
After p/exing my Ed30 in 2010 for an MX-5 and changing my Smart Roadster soon after for a Focus Diesel....
We had twin girls in December and the Focus just isn't big enough for our family now with the associated baby crap we need.

So, last weekend I put a deposit down on a 58plate Passat Highline Esate, 2.0 140bhp DSG.
Quite looking forward to getting it.

On the hunt for a MK5 GTI DSG MFSW steering wheel if anyone has one.

Don't think my Ed30 Milltek that I still have in the garage will fit some how, but I reckon I can reset my Bluefin for the remap ;)
Still have my VagCom lead, so will put that to use.

Hope everyone is well! :)

Cheers,
Lee.

Oh, and I might need an RCD/RNS510 if someone can sort me out!

It's the proper basic headunit in there :(

Well its only fair that I help others spend their money as effectively as I have.  Plus its a shame to leave such a beautiful wheel sat in a cardboard box!

With blanks fitted but I have the new style highline buttons ready and waiting......

Hmmm, that might be ideal.

What kind of money are we talking?
Drop me a PM please :)

I assume it will take the normal Airbag that comes in Passat Highline MFSW?

Sure is Tony I unfortunately never got round to using it I had the wheel and some highline R32 clocks ready to go in but changed my mind on direction so its sat in the box ever since its a really nice wheel though and will be good to give it a proper home!

Are we going to see an R36 kit on that wagon as well then? That'd look swish!
