Ive got some black glossy Fablon to cover up the scratches on the boot lip.
Is this the best thing I can do or is there something better out there
-
Im sure VW do a specific part for this, not sure on the part number though...........

I've got an OEM metal plate for my boot lip, a friend sent it to me from VW South Africa.

I'll go through my old emails and see if I can dig up a part number.

Many thanks. Me like. Nice and shineeeee :jumping:

That looks very nice

I'm not a fan of that to be honest, spoils the rear curves IMO.
You can buy the clear plastic strips that cover the lip. Though I have managed to have the car for 2 years and only got one small scratch to it.
-
Can't you just leave a rug in the boot folded over. Open boot, unfold over lip, load boot, fold back over.
Cheap, easy, although not permanent or too tough.
