Title: Dash colours

I'd be grateful to learn how many dash colours there are in the mk5 range, and what colour dash a mk5 gti typically has.

I need a new glovebox, having had suncream leak and dissolve all the glovebox lining, turning it into a sticky horrible mess! On a side note, it's made me wonder what I've been putting on my skin!  :rolleye: :laugh:

Think there is only the grey, unless you get a leather import and get a cream one.

I think the earlier ones had grey and later ones had black.

Early GTi's were black, later where grey Stealth.

my dash, steering wheel, and roof lining in my ed30 is black.

Confused. What plate is your car?

I have a 57-plate ED30 and the steering wheel/dash is black but the roof lining is grey.

I think early STD GTi's were grey, early ed30's were black, and later ed30 and STD Gti's went back to grey.

my airbag is black, same as the leather wheel :happy2:

I have black dash and steering wheel and grey headlining on a 10 plate, must be one of the last Mk5s
