Now the summer is coming I have the sun roof open on full, the reverb is that bad it makes the head lining shake is this normal?
-
When you open the sun roof a diffuser should pop up at the front to stop this turbulence!

This ^^^

If you have a 5 door car then crack open a rear windows and all will be better.
-
No, its a 3 door and the harmonics are bad from the roof lining, it full on vibrates even with the diffuser. I came from an old clanky Diesel Freelander and the roof lining never moved ,this could brush your teeth as per the adverts. Could be a dealer visit as its only done less than 10000 miles.
-
I dont know about the roof lining shake but my edition 30 was not good when fully open, the only way to solve it was to open the rear window about 1 inch (the front might have the same effect).

Luckily over here in the Emerald Isle sunroof days are few and far between. The door window open i have tried, I shall just put it down to the lighter construction than i was used to and turn up the stereo many thanks.

You could try stiffening the deflector like some have done in the US...
-
Will have a look for that do you have link? many thanks

Here is one thread dealing with the issue though the pics in it aren't loading for me.
