Hi I would like to know if r32 front brakes are compatible in Monzas 17'' without spacers.
Thanks

Dont know definateively but I doubt they will fit inside any 17" rims, there was barely space for the standard GTI brakes inside the 17" monza's. Spacers will also only increase the offset to give you greater clearance from the spokes so dont think they will help in this situation, provided my assumption about the wheel diameter being insufficient.

As my AP Racing big brakes most defiantly do fit inside the OEM Monza 17's then I reckon that a OEM R32 brake will fit unless the R32 calipers are too fat.
That would be a very heavyweight option though and cancel out much of the weight advantage of your TT arms.

Ok I really didnt think there would be space for the R32's inside a 17" rim, my apologies if incorrect.

This pics in that thread are actually the Monza 17's (can just about make out the tyre size 225 45 17 in the first pic) that why it looks so close.

With a bit better punctuation that is what my post was getting at, the thread that was linked asked in Monza II's would fit the R32 brakes inside so I was making the comment that they were the Monza (17") :drinking:

Just re-read your post. You are correct but just missed a comma between the pair of monza's which in turn meant I read only one 'monza'
