Title: Why are 225 45 18 so expensive?

My mates just bought an RX8... and he want some better tyres on it. It seems that 225 45 18 are really expensive.

PS2s are 188quid...  :scared:

Uncommon size is probably the main reason

235 40 18's are also dear as they fit Porkers  :wink:
