Here's a few shots I took at work a few years back lying on the tail ramp of a C-130 Hercules.
Refuelled three Tornado F3s on this occasion. Pilots seemed ungrateful - plenty of Gareth Hunt Nescafe beans hand gestures going on!

Post by: DaveB@Vagbremtechnic on March 30, 2011, 08:49:45 pm: Another particularly good VID, great music and some great flying, being 8000 Nautical Miles away helps with "exuberant" testing of the aircraft abilitys, you wont find the RAF doing aerobatics and beating up radar stations on the mainland

I read somewhere that because of ongoing unpleasantries there will be no Typhoon and Tornado displays at airshows this year. :sad1: :sad1:

Looks like the Vulcan will be the star for a change, :wink:
