Title: RS4 bucket seats questions

Hoping somebody can clarify a few things for me? apologies if topic has been raised in the past.

basically my gti has the standard interlagos seats with fully elec adjustable drivers seat, i've located a pair of Audi RS4 front bucket seats also fully elec adjustable from 2007 car, although awaiting confirmation from seller.

Is it possible they will they fit straight into my 2006 gti?

i know the bucket seats don't have airbags from factory, but i am interested to know when fitting the buckets seats if it still allows all the other airbags to function as they should?

I don't want to compromise my kids safety as airbags in back also, and i want all other airbags to function.

can anybody confirm?

Recaro do a resistor, so the others should be fine.

You know these don't tilt though, don't you? - so if you've a 3 door, you're in a tricky spot.

Id imagine as he mentions kids that he has a 5 door.

thanks for reply guys, i believe the seats are out of the rs4 saloon, and yes mine is 5dr.  :smiley:

Seat belt chime does not function on Recaro's either. (standard ones anyway don't know abou the RS4)
