Title: Selecting multiple audio files in RNS 510
Post by: xxx_mojo_xxx on March 03, 2009, 10:38:16 pm
When re-organising audio files (on a RNS 510) is there a way to select a batch of them within a folder?

It's just that it's a pain selecting one file at a time when copying/deleting them.  Incidentally, I don't want to perform an operation on the entire folder, but a selection of files in them... hope that makes sense...

If it's the contents of a whole folder then you can move/delete the folder rather than the individual files if that makes sense  :happy2:

Thanks SteveP.

What I'm trying to do is say, there are 50 files in a folder and I only want to move 30 of them...is there a way to select the batch of 30 collectively so I can move them?

I don't believe there is any form of multi-select, I just find it easier to delete them and them organise the files on the SD card from the computer  :happy2:

Useful work around - that is until you have a folder with over 15 gigs and 114 files to reorganise....
