on a standard GTI what would the BHP and torque increase to after these mods? Thanks for input
-
On a K03 GTi 250-260bhp and 280-300lb/ft depending on who's map.
-
Thanks for the input, the only thing that confuses me is that Revo says this can be achieved with their stage 1 after the induction and exhaust. Any thoughts?

Hi Homer, where do Revo state this?
-
Revo used to state it on their website but they've now redesigned it and have said you'll get a 30-60bhp increase at stage 1 with something like 15% increase on that at Stage 2.

What they state and what you get are wildly different things in my experience.
The outcome is dependant on numerous things like,
Which software,
Which Intake,
Which Down Pipe (Cat Back does naff all)
What fuel
What Ambient air temp is
What Intake temps are
and most importantly............. Who's dyno you use!
Generally Stage 1 & intake gets around the 240-250bhp & 270-290lb/ft and stage 2 what i have already mentioned. Don't be too hung up on peak figures though. Its the shape of the curve and the delivery of the power that is important. :happy2:

Search the REVO site and input the exact car (eg edition 30) and you will find the stage 2 is quoted at 315hp, 325 Lb ft torque. The required items are TBE and air intake "for the best gains". Stage 2+ requires a high pressure fuel pump and is quoted at 345hp, 350 LbFt :happy2:
I suspect to get those figures you will need something like a Forge twintake, 99 Ron with high boost and timing settings
