A quaiffe LSD is only about 600 quid but it's getting it fitted afterwards

I'm 99% sure a Quaife diff on its own costs more than £600 :happy2:

quaife is £585 plus vat (http://www.quaife.co.uk/shop/products/qdf16r-1) for the O2Q manual box, but its not supplied with bolts so you wil need to budget for those, Peloquins diff is however supplied with the bolts but is quite a bit more expensive at £899. I did get a quote from BDM but it was too expensive (unfortunately)

£585 not incl VAT though, thats £700 before you buy bolts and get it fitted

If you have a manual, then you'd probably need the Sachs clutch fitting too as you are more likely to have tuned the car first before fitting a Quaife anyway. £1850 would get you the clutch and the Quaife fitted on a manual. About £1400 for a DSG as the Quaife costs more and is trickier to fit, but doesn't need the Sach clutch obviously! :happy2:

VWR quoted me £2100.00 fitted for sachs and quaife another £400 if need new DMF. Think JKM was a couple of hundred £ more fitted. Statllers looks like the winner for me as only 80 miles from me and you have recommended them also
