Title: What has she done....why .. why .. why....

A few days ago I came home to my GTi looking like it had been cleaned, which surprised me as I think I've only ever seen my wife wash a car once or twice in the past 10 years.

Anyway I come in and ask about it, and the reply was "I let the neigbours girls wash it for some pocket money". they are about 5 and 8, and at that point my heart sank.

I'm not detailing mad, but I do use a grit guard, lambs wool mitt, and have some decent products, and she knows this. so why she let them wash it I have no idea. :sad1:

Anyway, they didn't wash it with stones, but it looks like they've used a kitchen scourer, and the car has holograms all over it. :( and in the sun we've just had the car looks awfull. looks like I need to get it detailed. :(

As you can imagine I'm not overly happy.

And in case she enjoys it too much, wifey should also have to pay for the detailing needed.

It's a pity that the girls next door aren't hotties in their twenties so that they could 'pay' for the damage too.
