My insurance will go up another £120 with a remap... :( Going to APS for the 40k service when required, might do it at the same time :)

240 bhp but torquie is up from 207 to 300.
Never had it done though as my divertor valve is knackered so need that changing so prob only running at 180 bhp.
just called breeze to ask them to put on their diagnostics so they can see and i can get a new one on warranty.

They can just take it out and see its buggered lol

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fecking twats. they reckon the first time they can book me in is the 9th may. I have told them thats unacceptable so now i need to drop the car off tomorrow and leave it with them for a day ( this is if they have a courtesy car ) . i know its the divertor valve , but they have to have it for a few days
-
Typical breeze
-
Typical Breeze... I had to wait two weeks before they had a courtesy car available... be glad to get it done though... (hopefully a new cambelt etc under warranty...) Wonder how many scratches/dents/miles will be added ... :fighting:
-
They cracked my engine cover when they did the coil packs, but for the sake of arguing (and trust me, having worked there you never win) its just not worth it.
-
booked in for next tuesday now and they need it for 2 days ............as thats earliest i can get a courtesy car
i wish i could just tell them its had diagnsotics and its the 45 quid divertor valve

Ended up buying one from TPS and doing it myself......took half an hour.

If it goes in for warranty work, would they do a full fault code reading before starting work...? i.e. once they sorted the sqeak/chuffing noise from cambelt area, would my car have a clean bill of health? They've already said it doesn; have a recall on coils...(is there a way of seeing if they've already been done?)

I brought my car from breeze last august, since then I heard mainly bad comments about customer service from there.
Have you thought about using loaders in Dorchester as I've only heard good comments about them!
I know it would be further to travel but I'm tempted to travel the distance myself when I come up to my 40k service.
I live in Ashley cross, Poole and breeze is only up the road from me, but I'd prefer to travel further to know that your car is being looked after properly.
Please note this is only from what I've read and heard from people local to me.

Went there today, fault came up on their computer, plus I told them JKM had put it on their computer so I know it needs divertor valve. They were happy with that , booked in for 27th April though as they may need for 2 days!!!! and thats earliest I can get a courtesy car.

Happy days

Good news! Shame they can't just give the cost of the part and get it fitted yourself/elsewhere...
