Title: my golf after i took airsaw to it and removed the bootbadge

just some pics of my golf that ive been doing always hated the badges so i decided to remove them.

I'm torn, I like it alot as it's smooth and visually widens the rear, yet don't like it as I think the badge and it's clever mechanism gives it an identity

Good work though, uncommon mod well executed  :happy2:

Props for doing that! I love to see work like that.

I love the idea and how you did it but I think it needs something to break up the boot.

I imagine he has gone for the auto boot pop mod, before he went about carving his gti up, nice work  :happy2:

Aye - people who delock the boot have a (remote) boot popper.

at the minute i havent sorted anything  yet, but i just short the swith and it opens  ,so i can eitther fit a button or reprogram the key to relase the boot

nice job- i too am torn by no badge but that loooks smart and such clean work... wished i could do stuff like that !! :congrats:

do you do a lot of bodywork mate? and where you based if you do?

Hybrid Motorsport & Paintworks, He's based in Harlow Essex. and i dont trust neone else when it comes to paint or Mechs  :notworthy:

Looks good mate! I'm still a bit undecided on whether the boot needs something to break it up though. Good work however!  :smiley:

Looks a good job but i prefer it with the handle.
