Just bought my first golf a 1.9 tdi se so thought id show you all as the changes start happening  :happy2:

When i got it home i took off the rear wiper, de-badged it and gave it a good machine polish to get some of the swirls out  :smiley:

Its now at my local bodyshop having the GTI front bumper fitted so should hopefully have some updates soon

Yes it is a genuine us spec front bumper with a Uk spec grill :laugh:
I managed to get the bumper for £75 from a bumper place in Walsall so a bit of a bargain

Ive just bought a scirocco steering wheel so will post some pictures when it's fitted  :rolleye:

Just got my car back from the body shop, GTI bumper all fitted bonnet sprayed and also had the handles + rubstrips done  :happy2: here's the only picture I've got will post some more soon  :smiley:

Looks good mate, good paint match.
Sorry to keep harping on about the bumper, was it a retail place, or a one off? Does it fit OK? Is it genuine part?

They get the odd one in mate but not on a regular basis it was just pure luck they had one when I went  :smiley:

Finally got round to fitting my GTI sideskirts the other day big improvement IMO

Not to everyones taste I know but I think it looks quite good against the black and mainly did it to hide a few imperfections
