Yeh first track day since the work and first one on 888's. Matt Walker met me there and we where going to go through some different set ups but its a complete different car and I need to get use to it before I start to bugger around with settings.

Not much on track to compare it with, I had Radicals going past both sides  :scared:

Silvserstone GP is such a big track now and with huge run offs probably not the best track to get use to a 'new' car, going to Anglesey GP in May, should be a good test and more normal cars, I've booked the Dentist for new fillings when I get back (5+hrs).  :signLOL:

Good stuff.  :happy2: i read your post about taking the wifey the other day. good luck.

Does it feel a lot faster then. Daft question, i know but once you get to your level of tune there is nothing much left to do. It must be noisy in their.  :driver:

Difficult to tell on out right speed, but cornering is going to take some getting use to, so much more grip, I havent got the confidence to give it 100% yet  :ashamed:

I dont mind the noise, should drown her out  :signLOL:

Should make Shakespeare raceway on Sunday would like to better mid 13's  :happy2:

All that extra work and weight loss, must be worth at least a tenth.

Looks like the car was good fun. How did you get on with the brakes?

Did 4/5 laps at a time of the full GP Circuit with the 2500 pads in and still felt OK, I have some extra ducting that probably helped,  :happy2:

Would have been nice to be out with a few more cars similar to mine, can be a bit intimidating, looking forward to Anglesey  :happy2:

Neil,

Next time your at Silverstone give us a shout & I'll come up, any dates after Zandvoort 2nd July are good. There's one corner I'm certain is flat in 5th, loads of run off for experimenting  :signLOL:

P.S. I've got a set of Dunlop slicks if you fancy it?

Hi Simey, be great to meet up on track again sometime, how was your start to the season? I'll try to get to Snetterton this weekend.

I noticed their showing the VW Cup on the Motors TV channel, so no pressure then  :signLOL:

My 888's are almost slick already after 2 track days and a few 1/4 mile sprints
