Hi,
Looking at replacing my front and back discs. Would love to go and buy a full set up but pockets just arent deep enough now with moving house!!!! Anyway was looking at these.....

Change the pads too but not sure with what.
Thoughts and any that are better without being too much more?!

I can't see the whole ad as I'm on my phone. But I remember watching these before only to realise they are only 288mm discs. Should 312mm for the GTI.
-
The link is for 288 so not the right size :driver:

Didn't check the size to be honest, was just looking at type of discs available. Will make sure they are 312mm before I buy. Which discs did you buy in the end? And pads?
Thanks for the replies.

gsf sell the brembo front discs at a reasonable price, got mine from there.
If you can, get the ones with the pre painted bell, saves them looking rusty :happy2: as there are deffo 2 types available, mine only had the unpainted ones in stock at the time

speak to Olly at http://www.crn-uk.com/ (http://www.crn-uk.com/)
he is a really nice guy with very very competetive prices
he can drill and groove them and also zinc plated
-
These state 312mm (of the TSI GT shares the same system with the GTI?)

The cheap Pagid ones from GSF are perfectly fine. Expensive discs won't make you stop any faster, just get a decent-ish make with a high carbon content to ensure they're not demolished in 6 months.
