Hi

I am having problems with my 05 Gt tdi 4 motion. Recently the car has not been driving right, the accelerator pedal seems to be very on or off, most noticable between 1500 - 2000 rpm on gentle acceleration. The car is really bad when in 3rd gear with cruise on. It is as if the engine misses then comes back making it jerky. No faults on VAG com.
I have linked the car up today and notice when the car faults the MAF readings go from 300 to 500 then back quickly. Can anyone comment if this is normal ? I am right in thinking that the MAF reading should go up when accelerating and down when revvs drop ? Suspect miss reading MAF ?

Is the fault apparent under full throttle? Can you datalog?

Hi

The car does not fault under full throttle or moderate to hard , only when driving very easy and on a flat /slight decline road. It is ok if the car has load ie uphill or accelerating.

What loggs do I need to do as not really done many.
