This is getting silly, every time there is a new jailbreak, Apple manages to find more bugs that need to be fixed with a new version, breaking the jailbreak :(
-
This update appears to have been created to appease the conspiracy theorists that think Apple are spying on their every move using the location cache.
-
I shan't be rushing to embrace this one. Only just got my phone setup how I like it
-
Well apparently it won't be long before the jailbreaks appear :pomppomp:

Updating mine at the moment.....

Me too. although 4.3.2 jailbreak does seem a little less reliable that others in the past. I had safe mode on today?
-
What did you jailbreak with? Pwnage or Redsn0w?
Recommendation is Redsn0w :happy2:
-
FOOK knows!!! how do i tell and can i change without spending an age backing up, restoring re-syncing?
-
My WIFI 32GB iPad doesnt like this update one bit. Itunes keeps freezing when I try and move my apps about. Have to unplug and resync.
Not happy now! :sad1:

:fighting:
I just jailbroke mine on the 4.3.2 last weekend via snowbreeze 2.6, easy to do, but took me ages to set back up the way it was before!
Had some issues with lack of edge and 3g compared to people sitting next to me with older jailbreak software and same phone though

You either downloaded software called redsn0w or you used a tool called pwnage
Have a look on iclarified their are tutorials on there. Just use the redsn0w tutorial. :happy2:
You will have to back up and reinstall though.
-
I used redsn0w. Easy as f00k. Apart from the key combo!
-
Whats starting to bug me is these regular updates that change virtually nothing still require a full 600+ MB download. Epic Fail! :stupid:
-
+1. Complete PITA.
-
600MB! Blimey!! My Android phone's custom ROMs are around 200MB once I've cleaned out the crap I don't use like Twitter etc.
-
Just a word of caution to the jailbreak folk out there. with the jailbreaks after and inc 4.3.2. after the first time you sync your phone. every installous app you put on after that will be wiped off after the next time you sync your phone in itunes.... :fighting:
-
Are you using AppSync??
Also remember to disable MetaData.
-
Yep using appsync. Did a googl search and they've done some tampering with the firmware or iTunes to be awkward. Guess a new version of appsync is needed. At least they are stored on the phone and just need installing after every sync, as they are still in the 'downloaded' section of installous
