Title: phone book on parrot 3200ls

My brother has the kit fitted into his mk4 golf and it all worked fine until he had to change his phone to a htc smart phone.The parrot now doesn't regonise the phone contact numbers and doesn't display who is calling you..tryed looking into the setting but still not working :fighting:

Try upgrading the parrot firmware  :wink:

Try deleting all the old phones off of the menu, I have this problem each time I buy a car with a Parrot kit already installed. Should pair up instantly then, Parrots are good with all bluetooth phones even iPhones!!

I had to keep both the green and red buttons pressed down until it said the memory was empty.
