Just had service and new rear disc and pads fitted.

booked in, loaner given (60 plate golf), ready on time, spot on  :congrats:

If ever I have to use a dealer I travel to JCT at York as I`ve never had a problem with them, unlike Harrogate VW which are actually alot closer to me but are completely useless and I`ll never use them again.

May i ask what problems you have had with VW harrogate, been over there bodyshop with a friends car and its had to go back a few times
