Title: How to Vinyl wrap.....

For all the wrappers on here.....do you lay the vinyl then cut around it? Leave a 2 mm overhang? (Overhang wouldn't stay down on mine)

Or draw round it and try to lay the actual shape of the trim?

Also do you heat, peel, lay and stretch

Or

Peel, Lay, Heat and then stretch....Easier to bloody paint things... :grin:

Centre Vent trim and stereo surround trim...

Stereo one I've tried though the climate control holes won't stick down the slight recesses.....Looks ok but want it perfect.

Have a pic on my phone I'll load up though not great quality

Try to leave as much excess on the edges as possible... use a hair dryer to soften the vinyl in the holes and push it into the holes before cutting and reheating and sticking down
