How do you guys clean this up?
Where the door windows go down in to the seals, it gets a bit dusty / dirty / green, esp as my car doesnt get used that much.
I've got a couple of brushes to try get to it but it doesnt really seem to go a great job so wondered if theres anything better, or what cleaning product to use with the brush to help get rid of it as it really ruins the look of the car!

My wife's car gets this (GTI stays cocooned in the garage!). I find that a regular dose of pressure washer keeps it at bay. If it's too late for that, I'm sure one of our OCD buffers will be here with an answer before long!

I use a toothbrush (spare one ) and car shampoo on mine, then rinse.

I use these brushes :happy2:

Milton is good on this stuff, applied with a toothbrush.

Do you have any pics of this green stuff? I've not noticed it on my car.

No pics to hand, its just where the dust and dirt collects and cos it stands it prob goes a little mossy like i guess? Cant think how to describe it
I've got some of those brushes but they're not stiff enough to clean it off, maybe a toothbrush will work better if it can get down to it

I have this too, or had!
Bought a rough detailing brush, some
Hotnsiapy water and worked on each one and was gone within 30 minutes.

Envy brushes that have already been mentioned, use one of these to work in some APC (all purpose cleaner) diluted around 5-1 in a sprayer.
Tesco do 1L of Daisy APC for £1 :happy2:
This stuff is very handy, a more diluted solution of it, say 10-1 is great for giving the interior plastics a wipe over for that natural look.
