Title: Working out which model my GTI is...

I am trying to figure out if my Nov 2006 GTI is a MY06 or a MY07 as these codes mean nothing to me and do not know how I would go about finding them?

The reason is I have just brought a new OM Fog light for the drivers side and it turned up (smashed) but with out the dam bulb, I had just assumed it would come complete.

I think the bulb i need is a H11 9006 but apparently according to the post i researched they changed that year or something??

iirc MY changes in August.
